    Cheers !

    @GanzLONDON on a bike chain =)
    as to the related topic i ment, wd 40 is used for loosing up bolts on rusted cars, so if it gets on your bike bolts it may come of easier. Machine oil is always good for everything.

  5. GanzLONDON says:

    @PanzarMetal why not ? ( why should I never use WD 40 ? )

  6. PanzarMetal says:

    NEVER USE WD-40

  12. gymmatard says:

    @elgoose2003 nope. unless you have clips wich make your feet fastened to the pedal. But if you do that you have to put you seat to high so it pulls your joints. BUt it is verry bad for you muscles and bones and joints and back to put you seat that high that it completely stretches your leg. Your leg should be almost straigt but with a smaal angle still in your knee. this inchures that you have no hip movement while pedalling. So maybe it does but it is bad for you body so i wouldnt

  16. elgoose2003 says:

    @naebklang thanks why have you notice that wen u raise ur seat high, your legs get used to the stretch after a while?

  17. naebklang says:

    @elgoose2003 yeh ;d

  18. elgoose2003 says:
